In support of improving patient care, Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education designates this activity for a maximum of 7.0 ANCC contact hours.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to Global Executive Education at executiveeducation@ccf.org. Because of program demand and extensive pre-program preparations, a refund of the program tuition is dependent upon the date in which the request is received prior to the start date of the program: one-half within 60 days, one-third within 45 days, and one-sixth within 30 days. Requests received less than 30 days before the program's start date are subject to full payment of the program tuition. No-shows are liable for the full tuition. If an emergency occurs, the participant should notify Global Executive Education in writing at executiveeducation@ccf.organd provide the contact information of the qualified healthcare executive substitute who will attend the program on his or her behalf.

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel or postpone an activity at our sole discretion. In the unlikely event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.
